Given that Clutchmasters has provided both standard and SAC options for clutch kits for our popular J32/J35 customers, we wanted to clear things up with a little video tour of the differences between these parts.

Basically, CM started with a non SAC clutch early on and moved to SAC kits when they figured out how to correctly modify them for performance. But those clutches are difficult to deal with. Installation complications mixed with questionable reliability concerns led CM back to making a non-SAC kit for the J-series Honda and Acura V6.

So depending on the vintage of your Clutchmasters clutch you could have one or the other style.
