The Pro-Series camber kit features the same one-piece forged Pro-Series balljoint used in the Pro-Plus kit, but instead of polyurethane bushings, the Pro uses standard high quality rubber bushings. Though the Pro kit is slightly more expensive than the Tuner series, the benefits and convenience offered by the Pro-Series ball joint provide excellent value.

So I bought these with the HT-Spec 2 coilovers. I installed them with the help of a professional and ran into some serious problems.

About a month after installation I noticed a horrible shift in wheels when I would turn the steering wheel left or right. I was driving back home one night when all of a sudden I heard a loud bang and something fall off. Immediately my cars sensors started indicating an issue.

When I got to my shop, I put the car up and to my delight, I found a busted ball joint, and all the screws from the top plate (that hold the ball joing to the camber arms) completely missing. They litterally had fallen out.

So I called up HT and they helped me out and gave me a few tips, same with Skunk2. Both companies had fantastic customer service, and said they never had an issue like this before. So I reinstalled my new ball joint, put loc tight blue on the new hardware and just out of curiosity took a look at the other camber arm. Same issue, only I caught it before it caused a serious accident. 3 out of 4 screws had fallen out.

Moral of the story, I redid the camber kit, tightened and loc tighted everything, and just the other day the same issue occurred and left me stranded in Buffalo NY for 3 hours while I had to rig up my own hardware so I could safely make it home.

With the new hardware, everything seems to be working great now.

Skunk2 front camber arms are one of the best camber solutions for Honda/Acura vehicles. They are strong and provide a lot of wheel-house clearance. However the 04-08 TLs we ignored by this great manufacturer...until Heeltoe came along!
