Anytime of the day that I would have a question I would email and within no time they would personally respond with an answer! I just recently ordered a switchblade key for my CL9. My orders have been fulfilled and if there ever was a delay, it was only because he wants all customers to have and get what they paid for. I will order from Heeltoe Auto again!
