I must tell you, your...order status system and customer service is superior, simply top notch. I don't know of any other company who is as technologically advanced as you are in customer service aspects and all and I buy a lot of crap everyday from so many places online.
Top notch service. As a CANADIAN buyer, things can get complicated, unless you're buying from Heeltoe. I've ordered a few thousand dollars worth of products from HT over the years, and regardless if I was shipping to home or driving down to pick up from an American border town, they have accommodated my every need. They've matched my travel schedule, fixed my shipping mistakes, and competed on pricing.
Loved the new way the shipping and everything was handled. I accidentally pushed the pick up when delivered button. Called them & they fixed it right away and shipped it out to me in no time. Very great customer service & I'm completely satisfied.
I don't know how big Heeltoe's team is, but I had excellent customer service from [them] when I ordered my coilovers. Its good to know that Marcus was personally working on my order and shipped them within 2 weeks.
