Heeltoe are masters of customer service! They called me and gave me every detail about the return-shipping options/status of my Hondata reflash, explained the reason for Hondata's delay of 1 day, etc.
I received my package on Saturday as [Heeltoe had] advised me that I would. [I would like to] thank you for your phone call on directing me to a better shipping option, which helped me out a lot to be able to get my maintenance done by the weekend.
I was thoroughly impressed with how much time Heeltoe took with me on the phone, and I never felt "hurried" or like I was wasting [their] time. Because of that, I made sure that if I decided on your brakes, that I would order from [Heeltoe]!!
I don't know how big Heeltoe's team is, but I had excellent customer service from [them] when I ordered my coilovers. Its good to know that Marcus was personally working on my order and shipped them within 2 weeks.
I must tell you, your...order status system and customer service is superior, simply top notch. I don't know of any other company who is as technologically advanced as you are in customer service aspects and all and I buy a lot of crap everyday from so many places online.
