Corsport Shifter Bushing Kit.

These shifter bushings are made from billet aluminum with a hard anodized treatment to prevent wear. They will provide a fast and direct shift feeling, allowing you to change gears faster or more accurately without increasing effort.

This part does not shorten the throw at all, so a short shift kit is an excellent item to buy along with it!

I installed the bushings at the same time as the Comptech short shifter. Initially, the shifting was stiff and felt like something was binding. Over the next few weeks it smoothed out nicely. For me, the change in the shift feel is minor. The shifting was tight to begin with, so this didn't have a huge effect. The OEM bushings were still in great shape and that may have something to do with it.

Had Marcus installed this. After installation, the shifter feels solid. Also, it sort of feel "heavier." Maybe that's part of being more solid? I'm not sure.

For the first couple of weeks, there will be times when it's hard to put the shifter in gear. For me, after 2 weeks, it feels like the bushing "broke in" and everything is smooth.

I also don't feel as much notchy shifts as before.

Very satisfied.

Review comment Had Marcus install this for me not too long ago. This piece goes on the shifting mechanism under your intake. Noticable difference once installed. Made my shifting A LOT more solid. No regrets on this purchase and made my shifting much more fun.
