The shift in the 1 gen TSX was very good to start. This part didn't make it feel that much tighter, but did make a noticeable difference in how long the throws were.

After installation, I feel like I was in an S2000 or something. It also felt like a game. That's how much of a difference this thing made. It literally made me go "woah."

The only downfall is that after a month, you get so used to the short shift that it doesn't feel like a short shifter any more. But that's not Comptech's fault, that's the fault of human adaptation.

Quality of the adapter is great and fits perfectly. No problems so far and once installed, NOTICEABLE difference in shifting. much shorter for quicker shifts and solid feel, kinda feels like an s2k. Combine with a weighted knob and shifter bushings and your set for a completely different shifting experience for a low price.
