Alex strut tower bars are manufactured by Cusco according to Alex's specifications. The bars are made of aluminum hollow tubing, which provides light weight and strength. These bars increase rigidity of the chassis by reducing chassis flex. Consequently, handling is improved during mid to high speed turns. The bars join the tops of the left and right strut towers, right above the dampers. This prevents the frame from flexing, increasing stiffness and improving handling and steering response. The car will respond quicker and more directly to driver inputs. At the same time, the car feels more stable and composed. The creaking noise of the chassis is also reduced.
